Rocca Towers is a the newest residential and business quarter in Tallinn. The development, comprising of 5 buildings, will change the silhouette of the capital, bringing modern high-rise buildings in the middle of the luscious nature of the seaside suburban area.

Set in an iconic location in the heart of Rocca al Mare, Rocca Towers is surrounded by the sea, the lake and the greenery of the zoo. Thanks to the new Rocca al Mare viaduct, the city center is also close by.

The residents of Rocca Towers enjoy all the modern comforts – the high rise has a landscaped outdoor terrace with a playground, a multilevel parking garage and a furnished lobby.

The Rocca al Mare estate built two centuries ago gave its name to the entire area. The estate’s Italian name translates to „cliff by the sea”. Now, on the 21st century, we wanted to give it a new meaning in the form of an architectural work truly deserving of the name of a seaside cliff. Rocca Towers brings residences to the Tallinn cityscape, which will raise peoples’ gazes, minds, senses and thoughts to metropolitan heights.– ROCCA TOWERS ARCHITECT RASMUS TAMME (ARS PROJEKT)
