Our team includes chartered civil engineers (EQF level 8) qualified to take responsibility for the most complex buildings.
We design load-bearing structures for buildings and civil structures that are safe, economical and suited to the building’s use, whether it is a high-rise, an industrial building or a renovation.

- data that can also be used for facility management;

Yes. We design the structures and building services based on another firm’s architecture and coordinate all disciplines in one BIM model.
Chartered civil engineer, Level 8 is the highest professional qualification for civil engineers in Estonia. An engineer with this qualification may take responsibility for the design of even the most complex buildings.
We deliver a BIM model (IFC), drawings in PDF and DWG, and design reports. The model’s information content is agreed according to the client’s BIM requirements or the Estonian general BIM requirements.
Yes. In refurbishment the quality of the input data matters most: measured survey, structural investigation and a review of existing building services. We help gather this data and commission it where needed.
To prepare a proposal we need the building’s location, type and approximate size, and the required design stage. If available, please also include an architectural sketch or design brief.
