As of May 2, 2025, Kerttu Talvik and Heigo Tuttelberg have been appointed as new members of the Management Board of ESPLAN. Kadi Metsmaa, the company’s current CEO and board member, will continue in her role and also serves as the official spokesperson for the company.
Lever Lõhmus will continue at ESPLAN as part of the architectural department, where he will contribute his creativity and experience to guiding the company’s architectural development.
Priit Pääso will continue to support ESPLAN’s growth as a shareholder, offering strategic insight from an ownership perspective.
Kerttu Talvik and Heigo Tuttelberg bring valuable experience to the board, including expertise in design management, resource coordination, and quality control. Their appointment strengthens ESPLAN’s leadership capacity and supports the company’s strategic growth and commitment to continuous improvement in service quality.
