Sepise 7 Gardens

“Our approach is to make the project an open and green destination for the area. We do this by creating a base in a human scale that is open and organic. One common public space and the landscape make the site open and welcoming.

We position a floating glass pavilion on top of the natural landscape. The light glass wall will seamlessly separate the outside and inside. The pavilion will become the heart of the building accessible for everyone.

The triangular geometry of the building allows us to optimize the area with optimal view to the surroundings while still allowing the building behind undisturbed views to the airport.

80%-20% is our strategy. We put much efforts and in the lower part of the building where it relates to a human scale and the day to day experience. This allows for a more rational volume above, without losing the landmark identity of the whole project.”
