What we expect from you:

• A technical higher education degree in automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related field

• At least 2 years of prior experience in designing building automation or BMS systems

• Understanding of building technical systems (HVAC, ventilation, lighting, etc.)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel; familiarity with Revit/BIM and BMS platforms (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Fidelix, SCADA, etc.) is a plus

• Proficiency in Estonian and technical-level English

   

Additional advantages:

• Previous on-site experience and/or collaboration with automation system installers

• Skills in programming or system configuration (e.g., PLC, DDC)

• Certifications or training in BMS/SCADA platforms

• Interest in green transition, smart building solutions, and energy efficiency

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

• Designing and engineering building automation and BMS (Building Management System) solutions
• Collaborating with other discipline designers (ventilation, heating, electrical, etc.)
• Preparing automation system specifications and technical drawings (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
• Developing energy efficiency strategies and control logic concepts
• Providing technical coordination and on-site support when needed
• Keeping up with new technologies and integrating innovative solutions into projects
