Sepise 7 Courtyards

Our goal was to create an open green oasis in Ülemiste City, with a glass building hovering at its center like a monumental cloud. Through natural light and biophilic design, we envisioned an open and user-friendly space where the transition between interior and exterior becomes seamless and almost imperceptible.

The generous public space, surrounded by natural beauty and an organic environment, establishes a welcoming and calming atmosphere — a place where tenants and visitors alike can relax and find respite from the noise of the city.
