Luther Quarter architectural design competition

The goal was to create a high-quality environment for the IT community, with an attractive park area at its core.

We connected the heritage of Luther with new buildings to form a cohesive mini Silicon Valley — a space where work, living, and commercial areas are designed primarily with user habits in mind. Architecturally ambitious, the project features environmentally and user-friendly solutions based on smart building principles, helping to significantly reduce its carbon footprint.
