Luther Quarter design competition

In cooperation with top Danish architects ARROW Architects, ESPLAN participated in the Luther Quarter design competition.

The aim was to create a high-quality environment for the IT community surrounding an attractive park area. We connected Luther’s heritage with new buildings to form a mini Silicon Valley where work, living and commercial spaces are designed primarily with the user experience in mind.
The architecturally ambitious project includes sustainable and green solutions based on the smart house principles, which will significantly reduce the CO2 footprint.
